His experience spans the Mining, Energy, Agriculture, Construction and Local Government Sectors. She has a proven record of leading gender equality programs and advocating for marginalized groups. She is committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable society. Her career spans diverse sectors, including non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and international development initiatives.
Litruda holds a BA in Education, MPhil in Peace and Conflict Resolution with a specialization in Environment and Sustainable Development and a Diploma in Accountability for Sustainability. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Howard has more than 20 years of experience in environmental management. He has worked for major mining companies in Zambia where he has worked in the environmental and ventilations departments. He also has experience teaching environmental management courses.
He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Monitoring and Management, a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Mine Ventilation Engineering.

Her expertise extends to business operational processes and policy analysis, where she excels at identifying customer personas, segmenting markets, targeting and marketing research. Joy is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to enhance visibility and reach by establishing optimal marketing channels and sales tools.
