Odrin Consulting Group offers the following flexible service delivery options to meet diverse client needs:
Project-Based Consultancy: Under this model, the Client and Consultant agree on a fixed fee for the delivery of a defined assignment or project, regardless of the time required for its completion. The lump-sum fee is determined only after a thorough assessment of the scope of work, complexity of the assignment, and the specific deliverables and outcomes expected by the Client.
Ongoing Advisory Support: Under this model, the Client pays a monthly retainer fee for access to routine consultancy and advisory services within the thematic areas covered in the agreement. Any major assignments, special studies, or project-specific engagements falling outside the scope of routine support are separately scoped and billed at agreed rates.
One-Off Consultancy: Under this model, the Client engages our services on an as-needed basis and is charged only for the actual time spent providing professional consultancy support. Fees are calculated based on the agreed hourly or daily rates and are invoiced according to the level of engagement required for each assignment.
Training: Delivering client-specific training sessions with impactful content tailored to the needs of learners, context, and objectives.
